just because one is never enough

yes, i did turn 16 yesterday. am i happy about? well, i have mixed feelings about it. i love that i can finally get my license but at the same time, i REALLY don't wanna get any older. yes i want to fall in love, get married, and have kids really really soon but then again, i don't want all the worries that come with it. sigh, this is what sin has done. and it sucks. thankfully, we have a God that is wonderful, amazing, and MORE! ahh i can't wait to go to heaven.. it's gonna be AWESOME. :D

i did have a pretty good birthday though. i went to the jimjilbang and my halmoni gave me a birthday scrub. i think she did scrubbed harder than she has ever scrubbed before. alivia told me i was really red. haha. after that, we went to this kalgooksoo place that was [i don't know if this is really true] on tv! it was truly delicious. once we were done eating, we went to the mini mart and alivia and i bought some grape candy and banana milk. once again, remarkably scrumptious. we bought our snacks and went to the house. i put some of my stuff away and went to the dining room.. well it's kinda like a dining room.. then my mom brought out this beautiful cake! it was covered in strawberries and whipped cream, my favorite. we devoured the cake in seconds. literally. not really. after the wonderful snack, alivia and i watched mission impossible [we are currently watching the second one]. OMG. i almost forgot, my mommy bought me macarons :D

oh yesh, almost forgot another thing. today we went to changdeokgung palace and spent a couple hours touring the biwon secret garden. once the tour was over, we went home, got the kids ready for taekwondo, took them to taekwondo, then went to namdaemun. that's where we spent the rest of the day.

biwon hand kalgooksoo!!! my aunt said the hand part means it was handmade :)

boochoo kimchi. i didn't really like this but auntie yoomi ate A LOT.

now THIS  i like.

the famous kalgooksoo.

i now know why it is famous!

MY BANANA MILK. technically it's alivia's because we used her money but i like to say it's mine anyway

my beeyooootiful cake!

this cake was so good. i want more MOre MORE!

today, my mom told me i was 16. i almost screamed. i also put my head in my hands and shook it.

paris baguette is really awesome. anyone who comes to korea MUST check this place out.

pistachio macarons with a little gold on top ;)

right before we went on the secret garden tour! [lucas and i were talking about how it's not really secret if it's on a map haha]

my mother being a super tourist

i don't really remember where or what this is..
